Kitchen Poetry 5

Left-over Lamb, Feta and Herb Pasta. Today I was really happy to find minced lamb at only $2/kg more than the cheap beef mince. I don't think I have ever bought it here, and we have been here 5 years. I used to buy it at the farmhouse before we moved here, and we made koftas. This recipe was nice.
