30 Day Throw Down

Continuing on with the 30 Day Throw Down.

Tuesday 8th

Breakfast: Weetbix, sultanas, milk, tea
Lunch: Braised Steak & Onions on toast with tomato sauce 6 thin slices
Afternoon tea: 1/2 a homemade 5 minute chocolate cake (they are the size of a mug) & pieces of dark chocolate
Tea: Lamb chops, chips & Greek salad

Wednesday 9th

Breakfast: Weetbix, sultanas, Weatharts, milk, tea
Lunch: Tasty Cheese on toast and half a bun with gerkins & oyster sauce
Afternoon Tea: pieces of dark chocolate, Sweet Baharat & Apple & Walnut Muffin (I bought the spice at Foodworks)
Tea: Sausage Casserole

I am not so fussed about the bread, pasta etc. The ideal would be to add more fruit and vegetables, but I know I do that times, some of our meals have lots of vegetables in them. We buy boxes of fruit and vege. Bread and pasta are a big part of the food pyramid.
