Hello Linda,
Thanks.
We 've all been having the cold or flu and keeping to home. Luckily I like it at home but now we are all a bit better it is nice to go outside! We've been to the park with our bikes.

Awe Linda, thanks. It's always so nice to get an award.
Hi Linda, thank you for thinking of me with the sisterhood award. I have read some of your posts, but have to come back to read more. I read that you renovated. Is it finished. We just did some renovations. Everything was getting a bit tired looking after 20 years. We have indulged in colour as we used to live in white. The bedroom is now a light green and when the sun shines through the gauzy, white curtains which puddle on the floor as I have not taken them up! looks very soft and calming. The curtains are from Ikea, nothing elaborate, do not like dust gatherers! The kitchen has unintentionally received a retro look; funny that as I am not keen on retro!
Do you cook soups on cold winter days. Minestrone, pea, pumpkin with perhaps a cheese toast, or big chunks of freshly home made bread. I love cooking soups. I never buy anything finished, love doing it from scratch. Have a nice day, it is raining here, at the moment 13 C.

Thanks Linda,
my first ever award. I'll pass it on tomorrow - today is a busy day with more painting on the new kitchen. When the sun shines I paint. Its not a bad way to spend the day, standing in the gentle winter sun painting a new kitchen.
