Ho Linda! Wow! A girl after my own heart! I too am a great menu planner...well when I say great I mean big fan of, who am I to say I am great! I leave that job for the husband! LOL! I have a frugal cooking spree and pack the freezer. I list the contents and work out my menus.

Great stuff!
