30 Day Throw Down

Tuesday 22nd

Breakfast: Muesli and milk
Lunch: two eggs on toast and Vegemite
Afternoon Tea: two homemade scones with homemade plum jam and cream
Tea: Veal Bolognaise

I had a surprise from the library today, a copy of Symply Too Good To Be True cookbook. I found it interesting. My favourite recipe the curried cabbage, and the benefits of eating cabbage and similar vegetables.
