5 Cup Cake Revisited

Today I was excited about finding by accident a variation to Bel's 5 Cup Cake, which lots of Australians know from what I can gather. What I like about Bel's and the one on Best Recipes below is the adaptions. Here is the first post (I think) I did on the 5-cup cake.

The one I make is like Bel's but with sultanas and raw sugar, and the method like the one from Best Recipes. I like the sound of the one in the comments on this page.
