Happy Homemaker Monday

hhm

The weather in my neck of the woods:
Foggy

Things that make me happy:
The lovely people that visited my blog last night, during the night and this morning

Book I am reading:
Beverly Lewis, not getting very far with that

What I am enjoying on TV:
I think I watched Raising Sextuplets, about the Masche family in AZ. This is the best video I can find, but if you can see the real show it is wonderful. The Mom is amazing.

On the menu for dinner:
That is a tricky one. Last dinner before a minor pay day. We have been buying food from my daughter's pay and will pay her back when I take her shopping, it will be something with pumpkin, maybe potato & peas, if I can find a recipe. Speaking of potato, peas and pumpkin, check this out.

On my To Do list:
Sort out a recipe (decided on Curried Pumpkin & Pea Risotto)
Ring the deb lady about where they get dressed

New Recipe I tried or want to try soon:
I have some worked out that sound nice, not sure if I will or not, lots of things to buy this week
Vietnamese Chicken Salad
Smoked Cod & Broccoli Curry

In the craft basket:
My husband fixed up some torn pjs for our daughter

Looking forward to this week:
I feel a lot better about it now, the week I mean, blogging is good sometimes

Tips and tricks:
to wear a scarf over makeup so you don't get makeup on your white dress

My favourite blog post this week:
Nothing that I can remember

Blog Hopping (a new discovered blog you would like to share with the readers):
Bunches of Bananas

No words needed: sneak peek of the deb dress

Lesson learned the past few days:
That Internet Explorer is supposed to be safer than using Firefox

On my mind:
Praying very much for miracles with my shoes, the girls are coming with me to buy last minute stuff for themselves, big day

Devotionals, Scripture Reading, Key Verses:
Nothing I can remember, I did google greed, didn't like the Christian answer I read about how basics are greed if you don't work.
